Ohio GOP lawmakers want daycare cameras to combat 'fraud' that hasn't been proven

Ohio Republicans are debating how to handle allegations of daycare fraud. In order to combat specific allegations of fraud, ones that haven't been proven, some lawmakers are pushing to require childcare centers to put up numerous cameras and share live footage with the state.
