Video review of the Pike County massacre two months later

and last updated

This week marks two months since eight members of the Rhoden family of Pike County were found killed April 22 at multiple locations outside Piketon.

The Associated Press reported on Tuesday that authorities have reviewed about 700 tips and 100 pieces of evidence and relocated the four mobile homes where the bodies were found to preserve the crime scenes. The AP report added that investigators refuse to reveal how much closer they might be to identifying any suspects or a motive, saying they don't want to jeopardize the chance to catch and convict whoever's responsible.

Speculation has been rampant in the case that has drawn national attention. For those who want to get up to speed or need to be refreshed on what has developed so far, please see the video above.
