CINCINNATI -- A water main break on Paddock Road just south of the Norwood Lateral will have the road down to just one lane for the next several days as crews make repairs, dispatchers said.
Water from the broken pipe flooded the area at about 6 p.m. Monday, prompting a total closure of the street until 8 a.m. Tuesday, when one northbound lane reopened.
Although the water main had been repaired by Tuesday afternoon, according to a news release, one nearby business remained without water and crews had not yet determined the extent of damage to surrounding infrastructure.
Southbound lanes will remain closed until the assessment and repair process is complete. Greater Cincinnati Water Works said in a news release drivers will be diverted to the Norwood Lateral.
