MONTGOMERY, Ohio -- Two women died Saturday morning when a truck landed on their car in northeast Hamilton County.
Samantha C. Davis, 25, of Norwood, lost control of her Dodge pickup truck on a ramp at Interstate 275 and Interstate 71, Montgomery Police Sgt. Michael Plaatje said.
Davis was ejected, Plaatje said, while her truck crashed over the wall of an overpass.
The pickup landed on a Nissan sedan headed south on Interstate 71, killing the women inside: driver Sandra S. Tell, 67, and passenger Sabrina A. Miller, 41, both from Wilmington.
Davis had non-life-threatening injuries, Plaatje said.
Drugs may be a factor, Plaatje said, but test results results are pending.
The crash remains under investigation.
