CINCINNATI -- Southbound Interstate 71 has reopened past the Lytle Tunnel, nearly six hours after a semitrailer overturned.
The crash, which happened at about 10:20 a.m. Wednesday, also closed a lane of westbound Fort Washington Way.
Authorities had to get the semi back upright and clean up a fuel leak.
Police diverted traffic around the crash site for most of the day.
