CINCINNATI — The I-71/75 ramp off the Brent Spence to Northbound I-71 was closed for hours after a semi jack-knifed.
The crash caused a major delay.
At one point, traffic was backed up all the way to the Buttermilk Pike exit.
According to ODOT, the crash happened around 8:30 a.m.
Police have not said if anyone was injured in the crash.
