What are you most proud of when it comes to your work? I'm most proud of keeping my community safe during severe storms and providing daily forecast information to help viewers plan their day. I'm also proud of my community involvement, I volunteer at Cincinnati's Children Hospital, I am a mentor with Cincinnati Youth Collaborative, and volunteer through the Cincinnati Chapter of The Links Incorporated of which I'm a member.
What are you most proud of in your own life? I'm most proud of giving my time and resources to charitable community endeavors like the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Breast Cancer campaign, American Red Cross and Cincinnati Freestore Foodbank projects to feed those in need.
What do you love about living in the Tri-State? I love the many different communities and all the outdoor festivals. I also love strolling the Banks area along the Ohio River.
What are your favorite local hangouts/places, sports & cultural institutions? I love going to the Reds, Bengals and University of Cincinnati sporting events. My favorite hang out spots are OTR, Hyde Park, Rookwood Commons and my Clifton neighborhood.
All time favorites?I am currently reading My Beloved World by Supreme Court Judge Sonia Sotomayor and I love it. My favorite book is The Color Purple by Alice Walker. My favorite TV show right now is Criminal Minds. I also enjoy shows by Shonda Rhimes. Scandal is hot right now and I'm hooked!
