Protecting Your Skin This Summer

Play and work time in the sun this summer can be dangerous. But, Dr. Bret Coldiron of the Skin Cancer Center says using a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF of at least 30 is critically important. Dr. Coldiron says whether to buy a lotion or spray is your choice, as long as it's one you'll use. And don't forget the lip balm, either. Dr. Coldiron says get out there and have fun, but don't forget to protect yourself.
