KINGS MILLS, Ohio — The Winton Woods at Kings football game originally scheduled for Friday night has been canceled, according to Kings athletic director Tyler Miller.
The Kings athletic department tweeted Thursday afternoon that a student-athlete had positive for COVID-19. Miller said the junior varsity game is also canceled, but the freshman game is still scheduled this week.

Kings is next scheduled to play at Anderson on Sept. 5 (Saturday).
Winton Woods, which is starting its first season in the Eastern Cincinnati Conference, plays host to Lebanon Sept. 4.
The Edgewood at Fenwick game is also canceled, according to Fenwick athletic director Michael Coleman.
The Ohio high school football season officially begins its six-game season this weekend across the state. Every team is eligible for the postseason for the first time in Ohio High School Athletic Association history.
The OHSAA football playoffs began in 1972.
