Opening the season with a tough road matchup, Boone County led by five in the second quarter but eventually fell, 41-18 at Lexington Catholic.
Corstin Cahill had two long touchdown runs for the Rebels.
Boone County went up, 12-7 when Cahill ran in a 72-yard touchdown, but the Knights would run off the next 21 points to take control.
Cahill also scored on 62-yard run.
It was the 21st straight loss for Boone County, which will host Conner next week.
