Ohio High School Athletic Association executive director Jerry Snodgrass joined the WCPO High School Insider to discuss a variety of topics during this very challenging time for high school sports.
Snodgrass discussed the plan for the spring sports season as it continues to be postponed with schools not being open. He explained the factors that go into the decision making if the season was to start in April or May.

Snodgrass also discussed how the OHSAA staff met March 27 to start planning ahead for the possibility that the fall sports season could be delayed.
Snodgrass went into details about the decision to cancel the remaining winter sports tournamentsand the emotional impact for the entire OHSAA staff. He explained how he wakes up before 6 a.m. each day to tackle the new challenges during this unprecedented time.
