Welcome back, high school sports.
As the calendar prepares to turn the page toward September, another school district received the green light this week.
The Middletown City School District board of education voted unanimously Monday night to reinstate all extracurricular activities and athletics during the COVID-19 pandemic after the district had been in skills training the past week.

Middletown athletic director JD Foust joined the WCPO High School Insider podcast to discuss the full return to practice with competition starting Aug. 31.
