The Mount Notre Dame basketball team has an opportunity at Ohio high school girls’ basketball history this weekend in Columbus.
MND (25-2) is aiming for its seventh state title and could break a tie with Pickerington and South Euclid Regina for the most state girls’ basketball championships in Ohio High School Athletic Association history.

The Cougars (25-2) play Canton GlenOak (24-2) in a Division I state semifinal Friday night at the Schottenstein Center.
