The La Salle High School football program captured its fourth state title last week as the Lancers defeated Massillon 34-17 in the Division II state final in Canton.
La Salle coach Pat McLaughlin along with senior running back/linebacker Cam Porter, senior defensive lineman Ben Blevins and senior defensive back Cole Hildebrand discussed the Lancers' championship journey Tuesday afternoon with WCPO's Mike Dyer
La Salle (13-2) had quite a memorable season. The Lancers won the state title and also captured the Greater Catholic League South division outright for the second time in program history. La Salle became the 18th school in the Ohio High School Athletic Association to win at least four state football titles (20019, 2016, 2015, 2014).
