Brady Evans of Wilmington voted WCPO Player of Week 4

Wilmington’s Brady Evans was voted the WCPO Player of the Week for Week 4, registering 3,761 votes (27.02 percent).

The freshman quarterback edged Jimmy Strunk of Goshen and St. Xavier’s Colton Paul in the voting conducted by TriStateFootball.com. In total, 15 players were nominated with 13,919 votes cast.

Evans went 12-of-18 for 344 passing yards and had two touchdown tosses as the Canes beat Greenfield McClain. He'a the  second Wilmington player to receive this award this year. Dylan Beaugard won in Week 2.

We will present awards to each of this season’s winners at the TSF Year in Review Shows  in mid-to-late February (more details coming soon).
