CINCINNATI -- After being carted off the field with a toe injury Sunday, Bengals receiver A.J. Green is expected to join fellow star Andy Dalton on the injured reserve list for the remainder of 2018, according to the NFL’s official website and ESPN.
Bengals director of communications Emily Parker declined to comment but did not deny the reports. She said any official announcement would need to come from head coach Marvin Lewis.
