After a number of severe warnings, the weather is settling down as we approach daybreak. The cold air and the showers are what we'll have to deal with today.

There may be a few light showers in the morning, but the better chance comes through midday and into the early afternoon. Otherwise, broken clouds will be in and out through the day. High temperatures will be in the low to mid 40s. Additionally, a gusty northwest wind will hit as high as 30 mph.

Friday will bring back full sunshine. The morning temperatures will start into the upper 20s, with wind chills in the low 20s. From there we should see sunshine for much of the day with high temperatures back to the low to mid-50s. Clouds will build again as we head into the later afternoon and evening ahead of a small rain chance overnight into Saturday.
