NEWPORT, Ky. — North American Properties released some conceptual images showing how Newport on the Levee might change in the months ahead, as the Cincinnati-based real estate developer invests $100 million into the riverside attraction.
“Over the last several months we’ve taken the time to understand what truly makes Newport on the Levee special to our office tenants, surrounding residents, and regional guests," said Tim Perry, managing partner of NAP Acquisitions, in a press release. "We are excited to re-introduce the Levee with renewed relevance."
The renderings, by Reztark Design Studio, do not represent the final design. But they are intended to show how the space will be transformed when construction begins in late summer.
In the next few months, North American Properties plans to announce new "chef-driven" restaurants and retail concepts for the Levee, some of which will be new to the Cincinnati area.
“We are boldly envisioning the possibilities of dynamic indoor and outdoor spaces for activation and events," said Brett Kratzer, president of Reztark Design.
