UPDATE: 16-year-old Julissa Lovick has been found safe and the statewide AMBER Alert has been canceled. She was originally reported missing in Elizabethtown.
Elizabethtown, Kentucky, which is just south of Louisville, at 11 a.m. Tuesday.
