LAWRENCEBURG, Ind. -- Crews will implode the Lawrenceburg AEP smokestack at 9 a.m. Wednesday, according to the Lawrenceburg Police Department.

Those who want to watch the demolition can park at the Walnut Street Parking Garage and walk toward the levee. Safety boundaries will be in place, and AEP Drive will be closed at Front Street starting at 6 a.m. Wednesday.
