NEW ALBANY, Ind. — An Indiana police department issued a Silver Alert for a 16-year-old boy believed to be in ‘extreme danger’ and who requires medical assistance.
New Albany police are looking for Kevin M. Fults, Jr. who was last seen at 5 a.m. Friday. He is 5’6” and 130 lbs. Fults was last seen wearing a gray University of Louisville sweatshirt and blue jeans. He may be driving a silver 2011 Ford Focus with Indiana plate “956 ZSQ,” according to police.
New Albany, Indiana, is west of Louisville, Kentucky.
