A Northern Kentucky community is trying to get a grip on a growing, deadly problem.
Community leaders in Pendleton County are trying to control the surge in heroin use.
On Thursday night, they’re holding a forum to teach residents about the dangers of heroin use. They’ll also talk about how to prevent it and what to do if a loved one is abusing the drug.
The event runs from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Pendleton County High School auditorium.
