Craft pizza restaurant Pies & Pints on Monday announced the permanent closure of its Downtown Cincinnati location.
“To everyone involved in the journey at this location — thank you so much for supporting us and dining with us,” reads a post on the chain’s Facebook page.
The post did not provide specific reasons for the restaurant’s closure, but food service has been one of the industries hardest-hit by the COVID-19 pandemic since March 2020.
Pies & Pints opened its West Freedom Way location in 2016, offering a variety of craft beers and pizzas with unconventional toppings. Two other Cincinnati-area locations — one at Liberty Center and one in Kenwood — remain open.
