The 'all clear' was given at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling military base in Washington, D.C. following a brief lockdown Friday.
According to its Facebook page, the base was placed on lockdown after a potentially armed person was spotted on the south side near the Blanchard Barracks.
The person was detained, the base reported.
Authorities are still investigating the person's motives.
