The Federal Aviation Administration is seeing delayed flights at LaGuardia Airport in New York because of a shortage of air traffic control and TSA workers.
Delays are also happening at Newark and Philadelphia airports.
The worker shortage is likely caused by workers calling off due to not receiving federal paychecks, which is part of the ongoing government shutdown.
LaGuardia has not commented on stopping incoming flights.
