WCPO reporter Tom McKee was on the job just a few months when the Tornado Super Outbreak struck in April 1974, 44 years ago Tuesday.
McKee was dispatched to cover the impact of the severe storms in the Tri-State, and vividly remembers the tragic events of that day, and the effort to rebuild following it.

"We got down Interstate 75 close to where (I-74) is now, and then all of a sudden, dancing over Price Hill and over the west side, you could see it," McKee said.
