A small plane crashed Wednesday morning outside of Lebanon, shutting down a nearby highway in the process.
The plane’s two occupants were uninjured.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol received word of the incident around 11:40, according to a spokesperson. The plane had crashed in a field near State Route 63.
State highway patrol officers shut down S.R. 63 to investigate and clear the scene. The Federal Aviation Administration will conduct a more in-depth investigation into the causes of the crash.
