MAINEVILLE, Ohio -- Warren County authorities are looking for an "endangered missing" man who suffers from dementia.
Homer Howard, 83, left his Beargrass Way home at about 10:15 a.m. Thursday and hasn't returned, according to the Warren County 911 Communications Center.
Howard is 5'11" and 190 lbs. with gray hair and blue eyes. He may have a gray 2012 Ford Fusion with Ohio plate CA35QV.
Authorities asked anyone who sees Howard or the vehicle to call 911 or 1-866-693-9171.
