FRANKLIN, Ohio — A Warren County grand jury indicted a Franklin man Wednesday after police say he raped three juveniles.
Detectives opened a rape investigation into 39-year-old Luis R. Sosa on April 17 after a mother and her daughter notified Franklin Police and filed a complaint against him.
During the investigation, two adults came forward alleging Sosa also sexually assaulted them when they were juveniles.
Police arrested Sosa on April 22 and transported him to the Warren County Jail.
A grand jury indicted Sosa on four counts of rape and two counts of gross sexual imposition on Wednesday.
