A Mason man pleaded guilty to attempted murder Wednesday for his involvement in an attempted robbery and attempted murder in Deerfield Township.
Cameron Henderson, 21, along with a 13-year-old co-defendant, set up a drug transaction near Cottell Park with the intention of robbing the supplier the night of July 22, 2020, according to a news release put out by the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.
Henderson fired shots into a moving vehicle that was occupied by six people, including two children, an 8-year-old and an 8-month-old.
One of the occupants of the vehicle was struck in the back of the head but survived.
