CINCINNATI — Three out-of-town men accused of trying to rob a Northern Kentucky bank last week have been caught in Cincinnati, according to police.

District 4 officers had the trio in custody Tuesday, according to Cincinnati police Lt. Steve Saunders. The three are accused of holding up Central Bank in Fort Mitchell on May 16. One of them displayed a handgun, according to Fort Mitchell police.

They did not get any money from the bank and drove away in a stolen truck, which was later recovered in Fort Mitchell, police said.

The three are identified as:

Douglas W. Dyson, 38, from Channelview, Texas;

Dominique T. Knox, 23, from Indianapolis, Indiana;

Harley R. Piatt, 34, from Highlands, Texas.
