CINCINNATI — Cincinnati Police are investigating a shooting that took place at the Marathon gas station on Warsaw Avenue just before 10 p.m. Tuesday night.
Authorities said a man was shot in the arm and chest.
He was transported to University hospital and is in stable condition.
Officers on scene said the shooting suspect fled the scene on foot.
No description of the suspect has been released at this time.
