Kenton County public libraries offering free lunches to students this summer

ERLANGER, Ky. -- Kenton County library officials are making sure no child goes hungry this summer.

The Kenton County Public Library will provide free lunches for children under the age of 18 at all three of its locations to help parents feed their children as school is out for the summer.

Starting Monday, kids can get lunch at the library from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Erlanger brand on Kenton Lands Road.

Children will be able to get lunch at the Covington location starting June 10, and the Independence location will serve up lunch starting June 14.

Adults can pay a small fee for lunch.
