COVINGTON, Ky. — A worker is in the hospital with serious injuries after a pole fell on him near Taylor Mill Elementary in Covington, police said.
Covington police said they are considering the incident a "workplace accident."
A spokesperson with Kenton County Schools said the worker hurt was not an employee of Kenton County.
A construction site is located near the elementary school, but officials did not confirm whether that's where the pole fell.
