COVINGTON, Ky. — Covington police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 15-year-old who may be in the company of a 49-year-old man.
Rhianna Brown stands 6-foot-1, weighs 195 pounds and has red hair and blue eyes.
Police are also looking for Derrick Swain, 49, driving a champagne or silver Lexus four-door sedan with unknown license plates.
