HIGHLAND COUNTY, Ohio -- Two people were killed Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Route 50 west of Hillsboro, the Times Gazette reported.
A red car was headed west between Allensburg and Dodsonville at about 1 p.m. when the driver went off the side of the road, overcorrected and was broadsided by a white van.
Two people in the car were killed, the Times Gazette reported. The van's driver suffered minor injuries and was treated by members of the Paint Creek Joint EMS/Fire District.
The crash is under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
