ELMWOOD PLACE, Ohio -- Investigators believe alcohol was a contributor to the death of 68-year-old Rodger Harris, an Elmwood Place man fatally struck by a train Thursday afternoon.
In a news release that evening, Elmwood Place police confirmed Harris had died on the scene and described the incident as still under investigation.
