NORWOOD, Ohio — Police are investigating a murder-suicide after officers found two people dead in a Norwood home on Wednesday afternoon.
Officers found that Jessica England, 32, and William Waters, 45, had been shot dead at a home in the 5300 block of Hunter Ave., according to Norwood police.
Police officers found England and Waters in the basement at about 1:37 p.m. on Wednesday. Officers recovered a handgun from the scene.
Norwood Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Section is handling the investigation.
