NORWOOD, Ohio -- The Norwood Police Department is offering up a tasty award to the tipster who helps identify a theft suspect.

The person who provides information leading to the arrest of “this knucklehead” will get coffee and a dozen donuts, the police department posted on Facebook Tuesday.

Police said the man stole a wallet from a woman’s purse while she shopped at Whole Foods on Jan. 5. He then charged over $1,000 to the card at the Kenwood Macy’s. He tried to spend about $6,000 at the Apple store, but the transaction was declined.

Police added they don’t think he “actually is a member of the U.S. Polo Association.”
