SYMMES TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A driver suffered a medical emergency Saturday morning which caused them to cross over a median and crash into oncoming traffic on westbound I-275 near Loveland Madeira Road, shutting the highway down for hours, according to deputies.
According to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, the driver suffered a seizure while driving east on I-275 around 9 a.m. Saturday. The driver swerved left through an emergency vehicle crossover and crashed into four vehicles in the westbound lanes.
