LOCKLAND, Ohio -- A Reading police officer was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center after being hit by a Lockland police cruiser at about 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, according to Lockland Chief James Toles.
He was released without injuries, Toles said. He said the Reading officer was on foot chasing a suspect near Patterson and Arlington avenues when he collided with a Lockland police cruiser in motion.
