Officers continue to search for a second suspect involved in the incident. Police said it appeared the incident began as a shoot out between Brown and the second man.
Brown was released from prison in August after serving time for a previous felonious assault conviction.
Brown was scheduled to be arraigned in Hamilton County court Monday morning.
