A man involved in a crash Wednesday afternoon on east I-74 in Harrison Township died in the hospital Thursday afternoon, according to police.
The Hamilton County Sheriff's Department said William Korn, 78, was driving east on I-74 around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. Neutne Williamson, 36, was driving on the road at the same time.
Williamson tried to change lanes and hit the back end of Korn's car, sending Korn's vehicle into a ditch off the road, according to police.
Emergency personnel took Korn to Mercy Health - Harrison Medical Center before they took him to University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Korn was pronounced dead at UCMC Thursday around 1 p.m.
The sheriff's department is still investigating the crash, but they said speed, alcohol and drugs are not considered factors at this time.
