CINCINNATI -- You might have an extra day to repay your parking tickets, Hamilton County.

According to the office of Hamilton County Clerk of Courts Aftab Pureval, a large water main break inside the county courthouse has forced officials to cancel all hearings scheduled for Friday.

The water main break happened around 11 p.m. Thursday, Pureval said. Crews were still at the courthouse at 6 a.m. Friday working to fix the break.

Employees are told not to report to work Friday.

All operations in the courthouse -- include municipal and common pleas courts -- are closed until Monday morning, Pureval said. Appearances for room 121 are rescheduled for Monday.

However, criminal arraignments in Judge Bachman's room will be held in Room B of the Hamilton County Justice Center.
