Three Ohio schools are closed Wednesday due to extreme heat.
The following schools are closed:
- Finneytown Local Schools
- Middletown Preparatory and Fitness Academy
- Mt. Healthy Preparatory and Fitness Academy
Finneytown Local Schools had canceled Tuesday classes as well.
Meteorologists predict "intense heat and humidity" for the rest of the week in Greater Cincinnati, those severe temperatures curb only -- maybe -- by a cold front that could break on the area Thursday.
