FAIRFIELD, Ohio — Police said there's insufficient evidence to prosecute a Fairfield school bus driver who was accused of assaulting a student.
The girl's parents reported the incident on May 3, saying it happened aboard a bus in the parking lot at Central Elementary, according to a police report.
Police shared the information with Fairfield City School District officials and started an investigation. Detectives concluded the investigation Wednesday, police said.
