COLERAIN TWP, Ohio. — A semi crash closed a portion of I-275 late Tuesday night.
The crash happened just after 9 p.m. near the Pippin Road overpass. An Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper at the scene said the semi went off the road on I-275 and momentum carried him up the hill as the truck crashed into the overpass at Pippin Road.
At of 10:45 p.m., one eastbound lane was open with all westbound lanes closed. The highway reopened around 4:45 a.m. Wednesday.
Pippin Road was closed as troopers investigated the structural integrity of the bridge.
One person was transported from the scene with unknown injuries, according to Hamilton County dispatchers.
