CLEVES, Ohio -- Two women and two men were arrested on multiple drug-related felony charges and lesser offenses Monday evening when Village of Cleves Police acted on community tips regarding a home at 430 N. Finley St.

The house is about a block from Three Rivers Elementary School and Taylor High School, which upgraded the charges against Terrie Combs, 49; Shannon Foley, 42; Roger Gum, 59; and Robert Wynn, 39.

Police reports state that officers found heroin, crack cocaine, Xanax pills, burned glass pipes and numerous used syringes at the house.

Foley and Gum remain incarcerated at the Hamilton County Justice Center. Gum was arrested on two counts of drug trafficking for selling heroin and Xanax within 500 feet of a school, two counts of drug possession of crack cocaine and heroin, and one count of permitting drug abuse.

Combs and Wynn were both arrested for possessing used syringes and glass pipes, which are misdemeanor offenses. They were realized on their own recognizance.
