CINCINNATI -- Police say that suspects in a Westwood home invasion tried to pass themselves off as police officers before assaulting a man, stealing personal belongings and a car.
Investigators said the suspects broke into the home on Montana Avenue through a porch window. They claimed to be police when first confronted by the homeowners, but then pointed guns at the man and woman who live there.
The man was hit in the head, police said, and the suspects took off with the woman's car and some of the couple's belongings.
