CINCINNATI — Cincinnati police are asking the public for help locating a missing 19-year-old from Westwood who was last seen on Sept. 26.
Dominic Allen told his parents he was going to visit a friend at 9 p.m. on Sept. 26 and hasn't been heard from since, something his family and friends described to police as out of character for him.
Allen stands 5-foot-9, weighs 150 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair.
